To initiate our personalised sessions, we will conduct an in-person consultation to discuss the objectives outlined in the forms you completed earlier. Subsequently, I will tailor a workout regimen, incorporating your preferences, for our sessions together.
Each session runs for 45 minutes, and I recommend a minimum of 2 sessions per week in the first 30 days to start with.
The sessions can be customised for resistance training (focused on technique), boxing for fitness, or a blend of both, based on your specific goals.
I currently conduct in-person training sessions at 2 North Shore City Fitness branches - Whangaparāoa (main location), and Albany.
